A Reboot part One May20220/25min /sound/music, movement & video by FKAM & An3 An AV video work made for LUDIC;s Reboot residency SKOGEN Gothenburg May 2022 The work takes 7 Daily Reboot Feldenkrais Lessons, made by IntoTheRabiitHoleStudios In these lessons the main focus is a short re-boot to use in daily practise, for revitalized inspiration or focus. i went thru all 7 lessons on different occasions and shot some movement in front of my studios greenscreen. Another important focus of my thoughts on Reboot is related to the recent pandemic. Everything has been let go after living in an Worldwide Pandemic with it’s severe restrictions. I have the feeling it has been really traumatising, despite me personally having a lot of good personal developments during that two years. Now we are trying to run as fast as we can forward and forget. I went thru my phone and looked up footage i shot during the lockdown and added some visual excerpts to Re-Embody that Pandemic Feeling and hopefully made my 1st steps. I feel that time was part of my personal reboot, hoping o na worldwide reboot. I mixed some audiowork made before and during the lockdowns and created the semi live 25 minute AV piece.
