What happens when what you have created has take on it’s on trajectory? When the space between the self and the artwork is larger than what the mind can bare? Endless turns full of possibilities on where 'the new-born’ might go, what it might say, what it might suggest or question. However, there are moments in which humans get slightly close to understanding the language of the materials. There is a stone on the ground, resting it’s weight where we step. Calm and quiet: A boundary marker, a weapon or a sculpture. Meanings are not fixed; through language and the use we give to things we create meaning and through self-created meaning we try to understand. My artistic practice whirls around the use of language and materials in relation to space. Through materials I research myself and surroundings. Starting from mental abstraction, the works slowly develop into something else, something more, something new. Something I am not longer able to understand: the work has alienated from it’s maker. With sculptures I explore the physical field around me, with performance I explore a mental one.
